Waterproofer 404 is a ready to use high-quality ammonium stearate based waterproofing liquid. When used in Portland cement-based mixtures it forms calcium stearate, a high water repellent material.

This coats the capillary pores of the cement, substantially increasing the water resistance.

Waterproofer 404 greatly minimises the absorption and permeation of water in concretes, renders, bagging mixes and mortars both above and below ground level.
